Curriculum
Decktorials courses suit everyone from beginners to experts, covering the areas in which students have shown the most interest. Beginners are usually taught one of the basic scratches within the first lesson. which they can work on over the rest of the course, preparing to perform what they have learned on their mixtape recording at the end of the series of lessons. During this time they will learn to mix records together to complete the set of skills needed to perform live or when recording.
Students of all levels take part in the same class and beginners benefit from watching the more advanced pupils, broadening their knowledge and spurring them on to learn at a fast rate. The classes are small enough to ensure that you get the tutelage you require whether you want to play for your own enjoyment or to make a career as a DJ.
